The Stars of Valor Fellowships Program offers unique opportunities for veterans, active-duty military spouses, and Gold Star families to work in the United States Senate. This program aims to support these individuals during transitional periods, which can often be challenging. The Department of Veterans Affairs, along with the Departments of Education, Labor, and Housing and Urban Development (HUD), all have programs designed specifically to meet the needs of servicemembers, veterans, and their families and survivors. Veterans Affairs

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is the largest integrated health care network in the United States, with health care facilities serving 9 million enrolled veterans each year. The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) helps servicemembers transition out of military service, and assists veterans with education, home loans, life insurance and much more. The National Cemetery Administration provides burial and memorial benefits for veterans and their eligible family members, and maintains national cemeteries as national shrines, sacred to the honor and memory of those interred or memorialized there.  The full complement of VA services can be found on their website at www.va.gov.
